IGD Facilitator Training

Intergroup Dialogue is a communication technique grounded in “face-to-face facilitated conversations between members of two or more social identity groups that strives to create new levels of understanding, relating, and action.” In higher education, the purpose of IGD training is to provide faculty and staff with a foundation for the effective facilitation of structured dialogues as a social justice tool.

The Division of Inclusive Excellence will hold IGD facilitator trainings on the dates and times below. Trainings take place over 2 days during work hours. Space is limited, so please use the link below to register if you are interested. Presently, IGD training is limited to employees of the College.
