Over the summer of 2021, Dr. Damon Williams and his team conducted interviews with a diverse group of campus community members in an effort to reveal thematic concepts underlying our shared expectations for an inclusive excellence plan. The resulting “Insights to Actions” report lists actual responses from TCNJ community members across 6 dimensions of proposed action. These insights will contribute to the College’s comprehensive Inclusive Excellence Plan.
