BRT Membership

The Bias Response Team is currently comprised of these members of our campus community:

•   Interim Vice President for Institutional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – Ivonne M. Cruz

•   Associate Vice President for Institutional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – Kerri Thompson-Tillett

•   Director of Diversity & Inclusion – Don Trahan

•   Office of the Dean of Students – Elizabeth Gallus

•   Director of Residential Education – Tina Tormey

•   Director of Campus Police – Tim Grant

•   Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs – Bill Keep

•   Student Government Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion* – Ana Gutierrez

•   Faculty/Staff/Student Diversity Advocates**


*Student members of the BRT may be restricted in their access to certain records, data and deliberations.
**The type/category of Diversity Advocate will be chosen based on the type of bias incident reported. A Diversity Advocate will be identified from the pool of trained faculty, staff and students to work with the permanent Bias Response Team. The BRT may consult with other College representatives as needed, including staff, faculty, and or other departmental or administrative units.
