Sustained Dialogue at TCNJ

Sustained Dialogue “helps people to transform conflict relationships, and design change processes around the world. We define dialogue as ‘listening deeply enough to be changed by what you learn.'”- Sustained Dialogue Institute Website

TCNJ has recently partnered with the Sustained Dialogue Institute. Sustained Dialogue’s goal is  to help students navigate difficult topics which are  important and relevant to address in our world today. They give TCNJ facilitators the tools necessary to lead discussions which help students and staff effectively communicate, while also  recommending ways to improve TCNJ’s campus climate in the long term.  .

If you’d like to learn more, or participate in one of these dialogues, please take a look at the web pages listed below and the videos which gives a clear picture of Sustained Dialogue.
